This is a lovely light, warm, comfortable hall with an ideal floor for yoga practice and easy parking.
Your first class is a trial class for you to see if the class suits you before joining for a block of lessons – this first class is half price
If you think the sound of three hours of yoga sounds daunting please don’t worry! The extended class will start with pranayama (breath work) practice, then we move on to work on asanas (yoga poses) and finish with a long relaxation. So during the three hours you will get plenty of stretching and strengthening work as well as calming, quietening poses and relaxation.
To round it off, if you have time to stay afterwards we’ll have a shared lunch, time to chat and share a well deserved lunch!

30 keen students came along to the free class today, some were complete beginners, some were trying a different style of yoga and many are regular Iyengar practitioners.
It was lovely to be able to chat over tea and cake after the class… thanks to everyone for making this such a delightful morning.
This is a wonderful opportunity to experience Iyengar Yoga and discover the benefits for yourself. After the class there will be time to chat to other students over a drink and a snack.
The yoga class starts at 10.00am, all you need to do is bring along your yoga mat (or contact me if you don’t have one).
