It’s lovely to be back teaching live again and I’m looking forward to the the next yoga morning when we have the opportunity for an extended practice to immerse in three hours of yoga. Please contact to book a place – the cost is £30.00
What a wonderful way to enjoy a chilly winter morning. A three hour practice is a great way to deepen your yoga experience. And don’t worry – three hours won’t be exhausting! The class is carefully paced, we start with pranayama then progress to asana practice with plenty of time for relaxing asanas at the end.
Put the date in your diary and come along and join us on:

It can be very frustrating when, after committing to yoga and coming to classes every week, it all comes to a stop for the summer months… all the work that’s gone into building strength and flexibility and now a long break!
Well, here’s the good news – this year all the yoga classes I teach will continue through August – so you can keep on stretching!
