If you think the sound of three hours of yoga sounds daunting please don’t worry! The extended class will start with pranayama (breath work) practice, then we move on to work on asanas (yoga poses) and finish with a long relaxation. So during the three hours you will get plenty of stretching and strengthening work as well as calming, quietening poses and relaxation.
To round it off, if you have time to stay afterwards we’ll have a shared lunch, time to chat and share a well deserved lunch!
