One to one Iyengar yoga sessions are ideal if you are not able to get to classes regularly, or if you feel you need need individual help.
A private lesson is tailored to your own needs, working on the poses which will be of particular benefit to you. The instructions and guidance will be specific to you encouraging you to move and work it the way that will suit you best, with a careful balance of stretching and relaxation.
And … it’s all in the comfort of your own home with all equipment provided!
During Folk Week I will only be teaching one yoga class. Do come along, it’s on Tuesday morning (8th August) in Primley Road URC Hall from 9.30 to 11.00am
Saturday 10 June…a great opportunity to really immerse yourself in yoga with a three hour extended practice!
It might sound a bit daunting if you haven’t done yoga for three hours before, but please don’t worry, it won’t be exhausting! The class is planned so you will finish feeling both invigorated and relaxed.
The class is in Kennaway House in Sidmouth, so if you’d like to come along please contact me to book a place.
