Often people think you need to be strong, flexible and active to do yoga… not so!
One of the many wonderful things about yoga is that it is possible for everyone to practice. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support so, whether you have difficulty getting up and down from the chair or have limited mobility, Chair Yoga may be for you.

Barbara gives a thorough session covering the whole body which you can follow at your own level depending on ability and capacity.
